Jiu-Jitsu classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00pm, and also on Sundays mornings! Come work out with fellow combatants who are ready to grapple you to the ground. Working out with buddies twice a week can improve your cardio, your strength, and your overall flexibility. Especially if you can kick ass doing it!
